Atlantis is pleased to offer AquaGO! the nation-wide grassroots foundation program for artistic swimming in Canada. Led by certified instructors, the program is designed to meet the needs of children who will find the content fun to learn while participating in a safe and welcoming environment. Children may use their new acquired skills to advance further in the sport of artistic swimming or may transfer them to other aquatic and land-based activities.

Aqua Ninjas is a NEW program at Atlantis, designed for athletes who have finished AquaGO 3/4. The emphasis is on improving swimming technique and endurance, dives, acrobatics, flexibility and FUN! This program is geared towards boys but all swimmers are welcome. 

Atlantis is pleased to be able to offer Aqua Go! classes at a variety of locations throughout HRM. 

Canada Games Centre

AquaGO! levels 1/2 | Sundays 5 - 6pm |$220 for 10 weeks
